If you live in the DC area and have an upcoming wedding, be sure to visit the Mid-Atlantic Green Wedding Showcase. This showcase is all about providing ideas to make your special day more “green“. Many of the vendors at the showcase are passionate about conserving the environment and offer products that do just that! The event takes place Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 1pm to 5pm at the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center at the University of Maryland’s College Park Campus. Chic Pear Designs will be there and if you attend, you’ll get a chance to win a “green” prize including one from Chic Pear Designs.
